These Terms of Service govern the Havasu Scanner Feed website, Havasu Scanner Feed Android application, subscriptions, alerts, scanner players, archives, reports, maps, messaging, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Havasu Scanner Feed, LLC (“HSF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Public-Safety Information; Not an Emergency Service

HSF is an independent community information service. We are not a police, fire, emergency medical, dispatch, or government agency. Do not use HSF to report an emergency, crime, hazard, or request for service. Call 9-1-1 for emergencies. For Lake Havasu City non-emergencies, call (928) 855-4111.

Scanner traffic, dispatch information, maps, alerts, and developing reports are preliminary and may change. They can be delayed, incomplete, misunderstood, unavailable, or incorrect. Never rely on HSF instead of instructions from public officials or first responders.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts and access may not be sold, transferred, or shared beyond the limits of the membership plan. HSF may use app-generated device identifiers, session information, and reasonable device limits to protect member access and prevent account sharing or abuse.

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor’s authorized use.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Google Play

Paid memberships renew at the price and interval shown when purchased unless cancelled. Membership purchases and billing are handled through the HSF website and our payment provider. The Google Play-distributed application does not sell memberships or process subscription purchases inside the app.

Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored in full by HSF. You authorize us and our providers to process recurring charges, failed-payment retries, refunds, and related account communications consistent with your membership selection.

Initial-payment refunds are granted at HSF’s discretion, except where required by law. Contact support@havasuscannerfeed.com to request a refund. Renewal payments are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly approved by HSF. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. This policy does not remove rights or guarantees applicable when a payment was made.

Subscription Price Guarantee

We will not increase the recurring subscription price for an existing membership. If we lower the subscription price for your plan below the amount you currently pay, we will update your subscription to that lower price for future renewals, beginning with the next renewal after the reduction takes effect. You do not need to cancel and rejoin to receive the lower price.

Cancellation and Account Deletion

Cancel future subscription billing through the Cancel Membership page. After cancellation, access continues through the remainder of your paid billing period and ends on the applicable renewal or expiration date, unless you request permanent account deletion or access is terminated under these Terms. Cancel before your next scheduled renewal to stop the next charge. If you cannot use the cancellation page, contact support@havasuscannerfeed.com for assistance.

Cancellation and account deletion are different actions. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps access available through the paid period, subject to the exceptions above. Permanent deletion removes the HSF login and associated personal data and ends access immediately. Members with paid billing must complete cancellation before deletion so an active recurring charge is not left behind.

You may initiate permanent deletion inside the Android app or through the public Delete Account page. Deletion cannot be undone. Limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Alerts, Notifications, Email, and SMS

Delivery of push notifications, email, SMS, audio, or other alerts is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or blocked by a device, carrier, network, operating system, service provider, or user setting. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Where SMS is offered, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Opting out of optional communications does not cancel a paid membership. Transactional or security messages may still be sent when necessary to operate an account.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the Services, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, misuse alerts or public-safety information, probe or attack our systems, automate access without written permission, or use the Services to harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, or facilitate unlawful conduct.

Content and Intellectual Property

HSF retains its rights in its original reporting, text, images, graphics, branding, software, layouts, and original selection or arrangement of content. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. We do not claim copyright ownership of underlying facts or material in the public domain.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with HSF’s prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, retransmit, redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, or use HSF content to train an artificial-intelligence system or create derivative works. These restrictions include using screenshots, recordings, translations, or summaries to redistribute protected content. You may not share subscriber-only content or account access outside the allowances of your plan or bypass access controls. Nothing in these Terms excludes fair use or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, or prevents you from independently obtaining and reporting facts from lawful sources.

Public Records and Arrest Information

HSF may publish information released by law enforcement or other public agencies as allowed by law. Arrests are accusations; every person is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. Correction requests should include sufficient official documentation for HSF to review the request.

Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third parties for hosting, payments, messaging, push notifications, mapping, traffic, weather, analytics, customer support, or other operational functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. HSF does not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or continued operation.

Service Availability and Changes

HSF may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. Scanner sources, internet connections, archives, maps, notifications, and other features may experience interruptions. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

Suspension and Termination

HSF may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment, account sharing, security risk, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, misuse of content, or conduct that threatens HSF, its members, or the public. Termination for a violation may occur without refund where permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSF disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSF and its owners, employees, contractors, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate or delayed information, missed alerts, service interruptions, third-party services, unauthorized account use, or reliance on the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Services, law, or platform requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
