Subscription and Communication

By subscribing, you consent to receive SMS messages from HSF. Reply STOP to opt out. We will confirm your unsubscribe request. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider.

Payment and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us to request a refund of your initial payment. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, visit the Cancel My Account page and follow the posted instructions. We do not accept cancellation requests by phone or email. Access continues through your current billing period and ends on your renewal date.

To request deletion of your account and related data, visit the Delete My Account page or contact us as directed in our Privacy Policy.

Service Limitations

Do not use our service to report crimes, emergencies, or suspicious activity. For emergencies, call 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, call (928) 855-4111.

Content Guidelines

We may remove comments, posts, submissions, or other user content that includes:

• Discriminatory content or hate speech
• Defamatory statements
• Threats, harassment, or abuse
• Illegal activity or encouragement of illegal activity
• Personal information belonging to another person
• Any other content we determine is inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive

Public Records and Arrest Information

HSF may publish names, sex, and ages as released by law enforcement and as allowed under Arizona law.

We aim to report truthfully and accurately. All individuals named in arrest reports are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

We do not publish mugshots, home addresses, or details beyond official releases unless legally authorized or required.

If you request a correction relating to dismissed, expunged, or inaccurate charges, you must submit official documentation through our contact form or by written request.

Liability and Disclaimers

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that information provided through HSF will always be complete, current, or error-free. HSF is not liable for errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, or losses arising from the use of our content, alerts, reports, maps, audio, messaging, or related services.

Intellectual Property and Subscriber Content Restrictions

All HSF content, including text, incident reports, images, maps, audio, graphics, branding, layouts, and other materials (“HSF Content”), is owned by HSF or used with permission and is protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, retransmit, modify, translate, summarize, or create derivative works from HSF Content, in whole or in part
• Use HSF Content in manual workflows, automated systems, scraping tools, bots, or artificial intelligence systems
• Share, distribute, repost, or publish HSF Content, whether original or modified, on websites, social media, groups, email lists, or messaging services
• Resell, sublicense, or provide HSF Content to anyone outside your personal subscription access

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund, DMCA enforcement, legal claims for copyright infringement, and claims for breach of contract or other applicable rights and remedies.

Third-Party Map Services

We may display maps or map-related content generated through Google Maps Platform or other third-party providers. Google and its licensors retain all rights in Google Maps and related data.

Your use of any map content provided through our service is subject to the applicable third-party provider terms and policies. You may not copy, download, store, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from map content except as expressly permitted by the applicable provider.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of map content. Use map information at your own risk.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our services, each party will be responsible for its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction or otherwise provided by applicable law.
