Graffiti Criminal Damage

On Sunday (1/6) at approximately 2:30 PM, Deputies were on patrol in the 2100 Block of Price Drive and observed an unoccupied vehicle parked near an abandoned building. Deputies observed a cut in the fence near the vehicle. Deputies entered the fenced area and the structure. While inside, Deputies observed two male subjects in the act of spray painting graffiti on the structure. Both subjects were placed into custody. One male was identified as Matthew Millington, 31 of Oceanside, CA, and the other was a 17 year old juvenile from Lake Havasu City. Both males admitted to the graffiti and were charged with Criminal
Trespassing and Criminal Damage. The 17 year old juvenile was found to be in possession of an electronic cigarette with marijuana wax inside. The juvenile was referred to juvenile court and released to his parents.

    Respect others property. Plus be sure both get to work it off by community service after the paint is cleaned off.

    Have them clean the graffiti off then give them 500.00 fine no JAIL time add 80 yrs of community service.
