Water Rescue Assignment

Yucca FD/DHFD/River Medical/DPS being dispatched to Alamo Rd in Yucca for a reported vehicle into wash with reported 3-4 occupants in vehicle unknown injuries, 1303 is requesting rangers to location.

From 1301 in the area reports road is impassible and received a 2nd report of a stranded vehicle at Mile Post 11 on Alamo Rd, units are responding.

From 1301 in the area reports 3 rescued occupants at Mile Post 3.1, units to relocate to Apache Rd to attempt other rescues. Command also reports water is at a level of 6-7ft deep over the roads which are currently unpassable.

From 1301 units are off at Alamo Rd @ Knox and other units at Sante Fe Ramp, requesting Mohave County Swift Water Rescue Team as well as off road equipment from Golden Valley FD. ETA of the rangers out of Kingman is 1 Hr. Units attempting to reach stranded motorists at this time.

(2:32PM) Units still actively working the area, so far reports are 2 unoccupied vehicles stuck in mud at Alamo @ Butch Cassidy, also along Alamo Rd including Flat Top Rock. Washes are running with water and theres a reported 3 foot drop to go thru. No reported entrapment or injuries at this time.

(2:46PM) 1301 reporting units making good progress, units now back at Alamo Rd and have made it to Mile Post 5 where it’s reported water is at 2-3ft deep with another vehicle in wash. Unable to go further at this time, all hands still working.

(3:20PM) Update from command reports units made it up to Mile Post 10 on Alamo but due to conditions unable to continue, requesting Road Dept to close off Alamo @ Kinard due to public attempting to cross water/muddy conditions. Advice to the Public turn around before you Drown Ty

(3:50PM) Delayed: Command reports all units complete/available, all occupants that needed help were aided. No reported injuries at this time
