- IMPORTANT: If our feed is OFFLINE, *** DO NOT POST what you might hear on a police scanner. We may have been asked to take the feed temporarily offline for certain extreme emergencies. ****
- Rush to anything heard.
- Post physical addresses. Main and Cross-street should only be used.
- Look-up, Contact, nor Harass any persons whose name is transmitted.
- Do not record or re-transmit license plate numbers, drivers licenses,addresses or names of parties investigated by the police department.
- For officer safety, do not post unit numbers responding to calls. A simple # of officers/fire units responding is sufficient.
- Do not post stakeout or DUI checkpoint information.
- Promote other pages/services/Apps on our wall.

By continued use of the Havasu Scanner Feed service, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
You agree that you will not use Havasu Scanner Feed while committing a crime. It is illegal and if you get caught, you will go to jail with a felony. DO NOT DO IT.
Havasu Scanner Feed cooperates fully with all Law Enforcement Agencies.
You agree you will not sue any Havasu Scanner Feed CEO, Employees, Volunteers, Affiliates, Sponsors, or our Members, or anyone who is related to Havasu Scanner Feed. If you do so, you agree that you will pay in full (cash) 100% of all of our lawyers fees and court costs, filing fees, bail fees, traveling/lodging, food, and time reimbursement of $700 per hour for each hour we are involved in a case, starting from the time any initial action was taken against us until the time the judge makes a ruling.
You agree you are 18 years of age or older.
You agree that listening to our fire, medical and police scanner feeds are for educational purposes only, and you will not provide any information to anyone.
You agree to have read the Arizona Scanner Laws. Havasu Scanner Feed is not responsible for any content or audio from the scanner police feeds. All feeds are provided by Havasu Scanner Feed, we are not responsible for any text, articles, content, photos, video, audio, or any other media posted on our outside our website.
You are aware that Havasu Scanner Feed gets our information from the Scanner Feeds, or local media sources. Any media sources posted on our website is presented under the fair use doctrine of US Copyright Laws, as they are used for the purposes of news reporting. You are aware of our copyright rules. You have read them and abide by them.
You agree that Havasu Scanner Feed will post any content or information that we desire. This may include personal information, addresses, or other information.
You understand that all parties are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Content on our website does not necessarily reflect the thoughts and/or opinions and/or reviews from our sponsors, webmasters, or our Admins at Havasu Scanner Feed, CEO Robert Starkey, hosting, employees, volunteers, or family.
You agree that if receiving SMS Text Messaging from our cell phone, your carrier feeds to apply.
You agree that all stories posted on here are not confirmed, we post what we hear on the scanner. There may be errors and/or omissions known or unknown to us. We try to be as accurate as possible, posting what we hear on the scanner.
You agree that all positions are Volunteer. You will not receive any monetary compensation as a User or Administrative team member.
