Welcome to Havasu Scanner Feed, LLC (“HSF”). By using our website and/or connected social media, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Subscription and Communication
By subscribing, you consent to receive SMS messages from HSF. Reply “STOP” to opt out. We will confirm your unsubscribe. To rejoin, reply “START.”
For help, reply “HELP,” email us, or call (928) 275-9988.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider.

Payment and Refund Policy
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied within 30 days, contact us for a refund of your initial payment. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, visit the Cancel My Account page and follow instructions. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email. Access ends on your renewal date.
To delete your account and related data, visit Delete My Account.
Service Limitations
Do not use our service to report crimes or suspicious activity. For emergencies, call 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, call (928) 855-4111.
Content Guidelines
We may remove comments that include:
• Discriminatory or hate speech
• Defamatory statements
• Threats or harassment
• Illegal activity or encouragement of such
• Personal information of another person
• Any other inappropriate content
Public Records and Arrest Information
HSF may publish names, sex, and ages as released by law enforcement and allowed under Arizona law.
We report truthfully and accurately. All individuals named in arrest reports are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
We do not publish mugshots, home addresses, or details beyond official releases.
For corrections to dismissed, expunged, or inaccurate charges, submit official documentation via our contact form.
Liability and Disclaimers
We strive for accuracy but are not liable for errors, omissions, delays, or losses arising from the information provided.
Intellectual Property & Subscriber Content Restrictions
All HSF content—text, incident reports, images, maps, audio, and other materials (“HSF Content”)—is owned by HSF and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
• Do not copy, reproduce, republish, retransmit, modify, translate, summarize, or create derivative works from HSF Content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
• These restrictions apply to manual edits, automated processing, and use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
• Do not share, distribute, or post HSF Content—original or modified—on websites, social media, groups, email lists, or messaging services without written permission.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or provide HSF Content to others outside your personal subscription access.
• Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund, DMCA takedowns, and/or legal action for copyright infringement and breach of contract.
Third-Party Map Services
We may display maps generated through the Google Maps Platform API. Google and its licensors own all rights in Google Maps and related data. Your use of maps provided through our service is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.
You may not copy, download, store, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from Google Maps or related data except as expressly permitted by Google. We do not guarantee map accuracy or completeness. Use map data at your own risk.
Legal Actions and Governing Law
Any legal actions taken against HSF will result in the plaintiff bearing all legal fees. These Terms are governed by Arizona law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
