On August 3, 2014, Lake Havasu City experienced a severe storm that caused damage that included downed power poles and lines. As a result some residents may have debris on or near their homes to include downed wires, cables, or power lines.

DO NOT attempt to remove these wires, lines, or cables! While Unisource is diligently working on restoring power to residents there will be times that these power cables may become charged and could result in serious injury or death.

If residents have or find debris from these downed power lines they are encouraged to call Unisource at 1-877-837-4968.

The Aquatic Center, located at 100 Park Avenue, is being utilized as a cooling station for those residents that are still without power and need a place to cool off. Water is also available.
