RP advises three juveniles and possibly one adult are actively doing graffiti in the wash behind Novak Animal Care Center.  Police have made contact with the subjects behind the Knights of Columbus.

RP now advises it was two subjects involved in the graffiti.  Police are out with the subjects now.

Police advise CODE 4 ~ No further assistance needed.  Officers advise no evidence of paint on them.
