    “Multiple criminal damage”??? Vandalism or burglary? He looks like he’s looking at that window. I’m assuming that’s not his window or house? Please don’t tell me he’s wearing a shirt with a thin blue line flag hanging down in the front because I’ve seen shirts very similar to that, where the flag points down and appears to be tattered. It’s hard to see it. Do you have a street or general location??
