On 5/24/2012 at approximately 1:55 PM Jonathan Newlove (36) was issued a Criminal Complaint for Child Neglect on Anita Ave. After police received a report regarding the living conditions of three children. Police did a welfare check and the investigation subsequently found the living conditions unacceptable and deplorable.
