On 4/26/2012 at approximately 11:20 AM Rex Weathersby (55) was cited and released on Hwy 95 and S. Acoma for No Mandatory Insurance. After he was stopped for a traffic violation and a registration check revealed the License plate was suspended do to no Mandatory insurance and there was a fraudulent tab on the plate. An investigation could not determine who put the tab on the plate.
