On 8/14/2012 at approximately 2:25 AM Mathew Hrynewycz (20) was cited and released on Sweetwater Ave at Gemini Dr. for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. After he was contacted along the roadway for riding his bike without any lights. and was found to be in possession of Drug paraphernalia as will as a Partial bottle of Captain Morgan Rum. The officers dumped the rum in the rocks next to the side of the road.
