On 11/11/2011 at 1:23 PM Donald J. Thorton (25) was arrested in the 3300 block of S. Jamaica blvd after he was contacted in regards to a welfare check. An ID check revealed a valid warrant for Interfering with Judicial Proceedings out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Courts. Dispatch confirmed the warrant to be valid.
