On 8/18/2012 at approximately 11:00 PM Matthew Harrington (26) was cited and released on N. Kiowa Blvd. at Avalon Ave. for Driving on a Suspended License and No Current Proof of Insurance. After he was contacted as the driver in a traffic stop. And a records check revealed his license was suspended, and he had no proof of current insurance in the vehicle.
