#POLICE# Audible Alarm ~ 3400 Block of Club House Dr. ~ For an audible alarm by the carts. Police are on scene.

On 3/9/2012 at approximately 6:19 PM Nathan Hartley (35) was arrested for aggravated DUI in the 2700 block of N. Palo Verde Blvd after he was observed driving recklessly by an off duty deputy. Upon contact with Hartley he was found to be impaired by an unknown drug with his 13 year old son in the vehicle.

#POLICE# Audible Alarm ~ 80 S. Acoma Blvd/Wells Fargo Bank inside Smiths ~ For an audible ATM alarm sounding. Police are on scene and all appears to be normal business as usual. Police will continue to investigate and advise.

On 3/9/2012 at approximately 4:42 PM John Waddington (43) was Cited and Released for Theft of Services in the 100 block of Mulberry Ave. after he admitted living in his apartment for four months without paying for his cable service.
